Accessibility
War Memorial Stadium provides accessibility for all its fans. Parking is available during all events to fans with disabilities with proper credentials behind the Arkansas Department of Health at Markham and Palm. A shuttle between the Heath Department and the stadium runs before, during and after each game to service anyone with disabilities during the Razorback Games. Seating is available for fans using wheelchairs. Information on where to purchase tickets will be listed under event in the event schedule. All entrances into the stadium and arena along with concourse level, concession stands, and restrooms are accessible to all fans with the exception of gate 4.
Advertising
War Memorial Stadium has several advertising options to fit your company's needs. Please call the stadium for more information.
Alcohol
Alcohol in the stadium is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.
ATM
ATMs are provided by a third party and placed throughout the stadium on game days. ATM's are located inside Gate 1 on the east side of the stadium, inside Gate 7 on the west side of the stadium, Gate 5 on the south end of the stadium and Gate 9 on the north end of the stadium. War Memorial Stadium is not responsible for the ATM. Fans who encounter problems should contact ATM Arkansas.
B
Banners
Fans cannot bring any banners or signs into War Memorial Stadium unless prior approval is granted.
Beverages
Any beverage, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, is strictly prohibited from being brought into the stadium. Any person or persons trying to bring outside beverages into the stadium will be asked to dispose of it before entrance to the stadium is granted.
Birthday Announcements
Birthday Announcements during events at War Memorial Stadium is solely up to the personnel running the event. Fans are asked to contact the event directly for availability of announcements.
Birthday Parties
Fans can book their birthday party at War Memorial Stadium. Information on War Memorial Stadium birthday parties can be found on our Plan Your Event page.

Cameras
Professional cameras are prohibited at all events unless accompanied by appropriate media credentials. Only small, personal still camera equipment with a lens up to 3 inches is permitted in the Stadium. Selfie Sticks and Go Pro cameras are prohibitted in the Stadium. Video and audio recording equipment is prohibited unless specifically approved. Guests should contact War Memorial Stadium at (501) 663-0775 with questions about policies prior to each event.
Carry-in Policy
War Memorial Stadium reserves the right to search any or all fans who enter the facility. Items that aren’t permitted at events include duffle bags, backpacks, food, beverages of any kind, containers, alcohol, artificial noise makers, and umbrellas. Anyone trying to enter stadium with said items will not be allowed entrance into event. Anyone found to have said items with them in stadium will be subject to removal from event. Clear bags are required at all Razorback games - visit the University of Arkansas website for policy on clear bags.
Children
Whether or not tickets are required for children is solely up to the event in question. Fans of all ages are required to have a ticket to any University of Arkansas football game at War Memorial Stadium. If you and your child become separated you are urged to notify security personnel or closest War Memorial Usher immediately.
Concessions
War Memorial Stadium is equipped with 23 open concession stands serving Coke products and wide variety of stadium foods. Vendors also roam the stands with Coke products, peanuts and popcorn.

Drinking Water
Bottled water is available for purchase from any concession stand or vendor. War Memorial also has 21 water fountains stationed around the concourse level for immediate refreshment.
E
Elevators
Elevators are available on the West side of the stadium for access to the press box. Credentialed fans, media and staff have access to the elevator.
Emergency Contacts
Please alert the nearest War Memorial Stadium staff, Usher, Security or Law Enforcement Officer if any emergency occurs. The stadium has medical personnel and police standing by and can be alerted quickly.
Entering the Playing Field
Entering the playing field without proper credentials is strictly prohibited. Fans entering the field will be immediately ejected and subject to prosecution.

Fan Assistance
An information booth is available to fans under section 34 in the north endzone.
Fans with Disabilities
Parking is available during all events and during college football game days to fans with disabilities with proper credentials at the Health Department building. First Aid
War Memorial Stadium has first aid stations set up on the concourse levels behind the north and south endzones. Baptist Hospital may provide its heart station for all large events at the stadium.
Food
During large events, food is available to purchase from any of the 23 open concession stands and vendors who roam the stands. War Memorial Stadium offers a wide variety of menu items to add to the enjoyment of any event.

Heart Station
Baptist Hospital can provide its heart station for any large event at the stadium.

Internet
Access to the internet is provided through Wi-Fi in the press box only.

Jim Dailey Fitness and Aquatic Center
The fitness and aquatic center is located next to WM Stadium behind the southeast corner. WM Stadium is not affiliated with the fitness center. Patrons seeking information about the fitness center are asked to call the fitness center directly at 501-664-6976.
L
Locker Room
Access to each of the locker rooms is closed to the public before, during, and after each game. Members of the media are asked to contact each participating school or event manager for regulations on access to their teams in the locker room.
Lost and Found
Lost and found is located in the information booth below section 34 in the north part of the concourse arena. Fans can call the main office number at 501-663-0775 after games to check on lost item.

Media Policy
Members of the media are asked to contact events directly or the sports information directors for each school to obtain policy regarding the media. Media outlets with questions regarding the stadium itself can contact the main WM Stadium office or the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism Information Officer.
Merchandise
Merchandise for sale is available for most events at the stadium. Merchandise booths are set up inside and outside War Memorial Stadium for fans’ convenience.

Parking
Parking is available all around WM Stadium, but the configuration may change with each event. Please visit our calendar to see parking information for specific events.

Police Assistance
Arkansas State Park Rangers and the Little Rock City Police assist WM Stadium on all events. If police assistance is required, fans are asked to notify the closest WM Stadium staff, usher or uniformed officer immediately.
Prohibited Items
Except for bags required for child care or medical conditions, all bags, back packs, fanny packs, camera and binocular cases or other similar items and purses larger than 14” long (side-to-side) x 10” wide (front to back) x 10” deep (top to bottom) are prohibited. All purses allowed into the stadium will be searched. Prohibited items must be returned to the owner’s car or discarded. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation, and the person in possession of such items is subject to arrest. (Razorback Game Day Policies - Prohibited and Permitted Items)
The following items are NOT permitted in War Memorial Stadium:
Alcoholic beverages, Animals (not including service dogs), Baby seats, Baby strollers, Backpacks (or any large bags), Banners, signs, Beach Balls, Cameras (professional equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses), Coolers or containers, Explosives, Folding chairs or stools, Food and beverages, Ice chest, Laser pointers, Noisemakers of any type (i.e. bells, horns, whistles, etc.), Pets (with exception of service animals used by disabled guests), Personal heaters, Professional Photography Equipment, Selfie sticks, Stadium seats, Umbrellas , Video cameras, Weapons. Programs
Programs can be purchased for any event at WM Stadium. Vendors can be found at each entrance of the stadium with programs to be purchased.
R
Ramps and Elevators
WM Stadium has ramps leading to wheelchair areas in the facility. Please check the seating chart for exact locations of each wheelchair seating areas. Elevators are available on the West side of the stadium for access to the press box. Credentialed fans, media and staff have access to the elevator.
Razorback Game Day

Re-Entry Policy
WM Stadium doesn’t allow re-entry to any event.

Reserved Tickets
Tickets to each WM Stadium event are sold at outlets designated by the event itself. Fans are asked to check the event info for exact locations of ticket outlets for event in question.
Restrooms
WM Stadium has restrooms near all ramps on the concourse level and has been certified to meet the needs of all fans who visit the stadium.

Scoreboard
The stadium has two scoreboards located the north and south sides of the stadium. WM Stadium cannot make any personal announcements on either scoreboard during events. The scoreboards are leased by the event promoters. Patrons will have to contact promoters directly for any scoreboard requests.
Security
Full security is provided at all events at WM Stadium. Security personnel include t-shirt security, Arkansas State Park Rangers, and Little Rock Police. Fans in need of security assistance are asked to locate the nearest staff or usher.
Small Children
Whether or not tickets are required is solely up to the event in question. Fans of all ages are required to have a ticket to any University of Arkansas football game at War Memorial Stadium. If you and your child become separated you are urged to notify security personnel or closest War Memorial staff or Usher immediately.
Smoking Policy
War Memorial Stadium is a no smoking facility.

The Stadium Office is located on the North Side facing Markham. The number to the stadium office is 501-663-6385.

Tickets
Fans will have to check the information on each event to find locations to purchase tickets. Event information can be found in the calendar or news section of WMstadium.com.
Towing
WM Stadium has a towing service standing by at all events. Fans are asked to find the nearest parking attendant for towing assistance.

Video Board Announcements
The video board is leased by the event promoters. Patrons will have to contact promoters directly for any video board requests.

Water Fountains
WM Stadium has 21 water fountains stationed around the concourse area.
